Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery Time (United States)

  • Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: Approximately 5–12 business days (including processing)

Alaska & Hawaii

Delivery may take 10–30 business days depending on location and supplier.

Note: Some items may be shipped separately if sourced from different suppliers. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

We currently do not ship to:

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist you in tracking your shipment if needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Email us at support@vantixhome.com within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
