Order Processing Time

- Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
- Total Delivery Time: Approximately 5–12 business days (including processing)
Alaska & Hawaii
Delivery may take 10–30 business days depending on location and supplier.
Note: Some items may be shipped separately if sourced from different suppliers. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

We currently do not ship to:

Delays & Exceptions

Order Changes & Cancellations

- After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Email us at support@vantixhome.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
